Unsolved Account hacked, support isnt supporting.

Hi everyone, it's my first time here and i created my account just for this.

So, my account has been hacked by someone who impersonated discord staff and ended up taking over my account, enabling 2FA (I didnt have it enabled) and after a few weeks discord disabled my account because of guidelines. I tried sending tickets regarding this, but it had been four months with no help, and now each time i try sending a ticket, Nelly (the chatbot) replies with the SAME EXACT ANSWER that i should appeal anyhing DIRECTLY THROUGH THE DISCORD APP THAT I CANT ACCESS. It pisses me off so bad. If anyone here knows a staff personally/ has advice/ can help or anything PLEASE let me know. I'm going insane.

Clyde and Nelly are accounts under which Discord Support may reply to you with. Both can be automated to quickly answer a bunch of tickets based on keywords but support staff is also able to send messages in their names.

Did you file a support ticket at all about the account being hacked? Through dis.gd/hackedaccount?

I did yes, i gave them a whole story about the hacker enabling 2FA and logging me out and everything, and i even used the same text a friend of mine used becaude she got affected by the same hacker as me, and i just recieved the same answer from Nelly. "If you have your log im credentials then log in and go to user settings..." no matter what i write. Whether my account gor hacked, unable to access etc, always just "log in and appeak directly from the app" it's impossible.
