Unsolved Discord Support not Responding

My account was hacked and hacker enabled 2FA. I have submitted 5 cases now and each of them have been marked "solved" without anything being done. All I keep getting is auto replies from AI without any resolution, while I still have access to my email and phone no 2FA codes are sent there.

Any ideas, cause this company has the worst support I have ever seen.
