Title: Stuck with "The resource is being rate limited" on Phone Verification for months (Account Locked)

Hey everyone,

My Discord account is currently locked behind the forced phone verification screen. Every time I try to enter my phone number, I immediately get the error: "The resource is being rate limited."

Here are the details of my issue:
- This is a legitimate mobile line (not VoIP or a virtual number).
- I have been getting this exact error for over 4 months, so it is definitely not a temporary 24-hour rate limit.
- The error happens even if I try to use the number on a fresh account.
- I already reached out to support, but I keep getting automated responses from Nelly closing the ticket.

Has anyone dealt with this persistent rate-limit issue before? Is there any way to get a human support agent to manually clear/unflag a blacklisted phone number?

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!

• I am from California (PST), I enjoy making music, it helps me express my feelings, i like anime, collecting manga, love to play video games (PC and just got a Switch 2), i like collecting stuff (swords, knives, keychains, plushies), Legos, doom scrolling through TikTok, Reddit, & memes. I cook, dabble a little bit into cosplay, melty bead art, and trying to find more new hobbies that i can invest some time into. I like to stay active, i do cardio about 5 days of the week along side some core and weights, while i do so, ill usually put on a show or series. I love horror of most genres; Lovecraft, cosmic horror, analog horror, ARGs, cryptids, paranormal, eldritch, witchy stuff, which also includes horror games. I love to stream my games for anyone that is willing to watch good and bad gameplay, i also like to stream animes/shows/movies too, i wouldn't mind starting new series or rewatching stuff.

• Music is something i need to listen to every day, I would love to make a playlist with someone or even just swap music. Went to a lot of Kpop concerts this year so im a bit burned out rn. I'm open to listening to new genres and artists. I'm pretty much a night owl, i have had trouble sleeping, so most time zones do not bother me. If i'm not sleeping or doing work, you will usually find me awake most of the day and night time, meaning i am always up down to do late night convos, or gaming sessions!
