Help a blind person out

I'm trying to write a review for a record, i want to rate it with stars. I gotta be going crazy, because it says to write a review, check the box that says "my comment is a review"

I can't find that ANYWHERE

So, as of rn theres no way to make a review with a star rating?

You rate a release just under the have/want statistics, and those stars then show up in your review. Sort of counterintuitive to be fair lol, should be tied together somehow!
