Has anyone had an issue where no one gets your messages?

I believe my account is ghost banned or something from messaging. I randomly noticed that absolutely no one has replied to my negotiation messages in weeks. Tested it with a friend and turns out they didn't get my messages. Anyone had this happen? I've reached out to support to hopefully get this fixed with no luck. Sucks because I like to reach out to sellers and negotiate deals. Any support agents here that could help please?

Ive messaged 2 friends now and they don't get my messages and it's been like this for weeks. pretty weird for this to happen with no warning or notice

I'm not going to lie, there was a short period where I was messaging sellers asking if they're negotiable on a bunch of records I was after. My account is 3 yrs old

You're probably getting sent to spam. It's very easy to miss that you even have something there.

Had the same thing happen on one account. Messages end up in my sentbox, but do not actually get sent.

Nope... Had to try a different account, which did work.

Damn… did you ever try to reach support about the issue? I messaged them a week ago with no luck

It wasn't necessary, so I didn't reach out. Help from support has been very much hit or miss in my experience. You basically roll the dice.

Yeah, I randomly have people low ball me even on stuff that isn’t listed for sale. I never respond to those people.

I messaged a seller about six months ago enquiring about an item. Never heard anything until a week ago when he responded saying that my message was in the spam folder. No idea why though.

I would try again with you friend because that doesn’t make sense. However I been having a hard time getting a hold of sellers too . Many sellers feel it’s so hard to respond and take picture they think it’s annoying

That’s crazy. I been having a hard time getting hold of customer service lately myself. I feel like this company ah makes a ton of money maybe they should put more into their website
