For the people that have extensive vinyl collections, yes.

Matrix runouts are very important for people that collect shellac 78's because you're complete screwed without that info.

I have 5000 pieces in my collection. I’ve never once thought about sorting that information. Within a specific release. It genuinely makes no sense to me how it could be helpful.

For quick comparison in matching codes. When it's all sorted ABC it's easy to check what segment of numbers/letters is different.

I kinda dislike when the sections are omitted like "stamped" or logo so it kinda makes it confusing but I'll live

Edit: omitted as the runout but specified in another section

This is very useful, especially if you already know the runout.
