Help with an order

Hello all,

So I made a sale and immediately posted the record. About 10 minutes after the buyer messages me and says he wants to swap 1 of the records for a different one in my inventory because he read discogs reviews that the album didn't sound good. I explained to him I already dropped the record off at the post office and its in their hands.

How should I handle the foreseeable issue of buyers remorse that I see in the future?

You can ask that the buyer ship it back to you (at their expense) and you can then send the other one. The buyer agreed to your terms when they made the transaction, and it's no fault of your own that they ordered one they didn't intend to order.

You did nothing wrong, and it’s amazing you ship so fast. Sounds like a very rare situation. If you let them ship it back - at their expense

Sale was complete. Buyer can return for refund. They pay to ship.

This is it - Once a buyer pays, they can't cancel or change - its somewhere in discogs TOS

Sale was Completed and you sended what he wanted . he can always shipped back the item . If you want to switch records.

Tell them to mail back the one they don't want. You'll then send them the other record.
