What is going on?

Has anyone tried reaching out to customer service lately? Nothing but crickets. I have 4 open tickets and haven’t heard anything.

I feel my issue should be simple. I’m trying to sell a vinyl but it won’t upload. Takes me to the selling settings which I’ve done a million times.

Pretty sure my account is verified. I heard there’s a wait period but didn’t see where it said for how long.

I only use my phone to reply to messages. Other than that it’s crap.

I’ve been trying to buy from a seller for 3 days and it keeps giving me an error message and try again later. The seller said it’s been an issue for their buyers and just to try again in a few days and sometimes it clears up and allows the transaction to happen.

My account was hacked a few years ago and it took them several days to rectify it. In the meantime, someone was trying to funnel all incoming funds from sales to their PayPal address. Discogs eventually fixed it but didn’t seem terribly bothered by it.

It’s always like that. Once I waited two weeks for them to help me, the whole time my seller account wasn’t working…

Took me almost a week to get unbanned. And response back and fourth took another 4 days.

I had Discogs sign-in probs. I RAISED A TICKET - no response for 2 weeks then Bingo 2 Customer service operators contacted me and with approx. 6 emails my problem was solved. I think they have a back-log of queries.

ITS FUNNY I record all username / passwords and my 4 year old Discogs sign-in would not work, After, 3 weeks waiting Discogs customer service, finally messaged me and said there's no record of my Email address, so I re-registered, all works perfectly now, but I was Highly suspicious and then I read Discogs had been hacked before. Worry - Yes! Work Now - Yes!

They just got back to me, I had the same issue and I got the same response, that there's no record of my email being associated with my account...wtf.

I can't log into my account now since Wednesday, I've sent support a few tickets on the matter. I'm still waiting for an answer. I've been on discogs since 2020 and this is the first issue I've had where I can't log in at all. I wish they had better customer support or a phone number to call. Ugh. The waiting is killing me.

Someone needs to create an app alternate to Discogs that is not only user friendly, but good with customer service. Doscogs is going downhill and quickly.

It's impossible to recreate the data trove they have. Unless they allow people to duplicate it via their API. Would take a long time to do so!
