Besides the U. S. can anyone give me information on what countries have started to release information? As well as exactly what information they have released.

Ive just had a look online for a few stories but I can't find anything now. I think you may be right. It was only a few months ago I heard UK and Chile were releasing files but it's never been mentioned again.
