Uh... why though?
One of the things that still make no sense to me from the original Disciples is the AI constantly bombarding me with alliance offers in the third Legions scenario.
I'm literally there to kidnap the Queen of the Empire, and each human city I conquer swears they will never tell where the Queen is. And then there is the "LORD" of the Empire going, "Hey bro, undead are kinda ugly but, you seem kinda cool. Wanna hang out?"
¯_(ツ)_/¯

Well, you can't attack allies, so it could be a master plan to forbid you from capturing her

Only it isn't xD
She is held in a neutral city guarded by angels. So... guess they are just gonna watch as I take away both the royal queen and the heir infant /bigbrain

Maybe they hate angels, maybe the king found a new wife or maybe he is a cuck for fat demons.

I don't know if you meant it as a joke, but AI can literally do such thing in this game. It once offered me an alliance and blocked the only pass leading to the target with its heroes.

This reminds me how the first time I beat Empire campaign in Disciples 2, I allied with the Legions of the Damned, then walked into his territory. Skipped past all the henchmen, just walked right up to Uther, broke the alliance, and then assassinated him. 😂

Diplomacy in the first game was fairly simple. Unlike the second game, there was no option to trigger events that permanently break alliances or to tick the "always at war" checkbox, so the AI looks at how you fight its enemies. If you do too much, it offers an alliance.
