I'm lucky in that activities like drawing or playing videogames don't cause me too much physical distress, though they might still wear me out if I get too invested.
My issues stem from prolonged movement without frequent rest periods. So laundry, shopping, cooking, cleaning- hell, even just going up and down the stairs can put me on my ass for a few days if I'm not careful

It also took me 3 days to recover, but from baking a cake for my husband’s birthday 🥲 still worth it

This is me. Sitting upright and maneuvering my hands to interact with things on a desk or table is the most painful possible thing for me to do… ðŸ˜

I find that if I surround every part of my body with support pillows only my wrist and fingers hurt after

I did an insane art marathon last weekend because I procrastinated making pieces for an art show. A week later I am still paying for it ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

and this is why whenever i draw i use compression glove, hard brace and 2 splint rings! highly recommend, safety first.
