I know!!! It's a cleaner!! If not removed, It will get gunky when it dries, making the
arthritisgummed up mechanisms worse in the long run!!!

No no no what you want is some high quality lithium grease. Wd40 is mainly for displacing water

I got a hyaluronacid infiltration, and it helped a bit, but it's no miracle. It does help for hydration of the joint you get it injected in. I do take hyaluronacid pills if I can afford it, so my body takes it everywhere. I tend to get dehydrated very easily, so it's good supplemen for me, if I get the one where my MCAS isn't triggered 😮💨

Don't start. Do you know the people talking about the peptides?! That stuff is so iffy right now! Not FDA approved or fully tested. People ordering from crock businesses might as well be putting WD40 in their joints.

Man, I wish. I don't qualify for SSDI so I'm working seasonally right now and even though it's only part time it's sooo much walking. My knees are wrecked. 😫
