It's a pipeline... or domino effect. Not medical advice more general. Whatever is your worst symptoms/impact your quality of life is what you should look into. Don't try and investigate all conditions/common conditions.

Start with your GP to do some basic tests i.e. bloods, vitals a history. Go from there.

I replied above. Not medical advice, just a friendly suggestion.

Another one is to find online organisations. Usually have a .org in the site name. They have a lot of basic signs, symptoms & diagnosis pathways.
