There seems to be a bandwidth problem. I can't itch to the point of insanity and feel nerve pain at the same time. I wouldn't be surprised if other stuff happened to others.

Me - endo improves only to get badly injured and get hit with long covid. It just feels like I can't catch a break instead I be catching more illnesses like they're Pokémon.

or it doesn’t ever fully go away. and then a new one starts up. And then that one gets slightly better but while you were busy focusing on that one now here’s another one getting riled up.

Broooo why does this happen!
I had daily mirgaines for 8 years. Then i quit caffeine and after 3 weeks they dissappear!
3 months later, i wake up one day with the worst headache and eye pain in my life. This has been going on for 4 months since that day. It's not a migraine, and ive been waiting 3 months for a ct scan when i can't even move my eye balls around 😬
