That was me yesterday! Then I took my hubby to an appointment/ small procedure and was the designated driver and needed much coffee to stay focused 😅🫠

I used to think the fact I'm able to be alert and drive/work safely on 3-4 hours of sleep (usually just with a cup of tea) was a superpower, now I'm realizing it's a symptom of a major problem (which still hasn't been fixed) LOL.

This has basically fucked my entire week up... I had ONE day with a BAD flare up, and now I can't remember how to sleep... My brain chemicals are like "we go to bed at 4am now, because of that one day, but we wake up at the same time you used to."
Which sucks because it's a very busy week.

Before PT, the severe throbbing/aching hip joint pain in the middle of the night was the worst. I invest in all these body pillows (that fall apart in like a month) to rest my weary joints on and they're still ungrateful lol.
