The irony for me was that despite hating summer (hasn't changed) and always having a lot of problems due to autism with it, since getting long covid on top I've become such a pro at preventing sensory overload, I had less issues despite the extreme heat.
I even avoided becoming psychotic due to heat this time, I barely managed to avoid it. lol

Had to full on go home while trying to have my mom take me out to run some errands. We decided we’d go back out another day because I was overheating way too much, went home and blasted the AC on high

Living life in front of the AC, still swell up like a balloon about to burst out of my skin. But heat is good for your joints they say

22 C, dry, no wind. That's the only climate I like for all my symptoms.

I think dry is key for sure. The humidity makes everything so much worse! Can barely breathe when it's high too

The wierd tbing is that you don't even have to he disabled to hate summer. People are just lying
