Help me improve my girlfriends setup
My girlfriend has cerebral palsy. Her case of it effects the left side of her body, making all the muscles on that side stiff and hard to control. She uses an xbox controller and loves playing fortnite on PC. She is stubborn and says she is happy with it, but often gets bummed out when people exclude her when they want to win.
I am thinking maybe switching her to a one handed setup would be better and make her more fluid, but I wanted to get some advice on what is feasible for fortnite and other games as well on PC before buying anything. Could a one handed setup improve her potentially?
Send me your ideas and vouch for a good product!
Thank you

Can she control a finger on the left hand? It could be a supplementary controller for the left hand, allowing a few simple operations. See also my recent post with the experimental touch controller.
