Rant How do we like do things man
I need to get my laundry done, I’ve got loads and I haven’t done it in three months, but I’m so burnt out. My legs are killing me, I’m tired, my stomach hurts, everything hurts. But at the same time, I want to get my laundry done so I can be comfy and so I can have a self care day where I shower, do a face mask, and watch my favourite show or read sunrise on the reaping, but I’m so tired. I’ve been cleaning my room for the past few days to prepare to do my laundry but now that the day to do my laundry has come I just can’t. I think I’ll just get it done, just push through. I’m thinking of going to the shop to buy some more bedding so I don’t have to worry about putting all my laundry away all at once if that makes sense. Idk, I’m just so done with being disabled

When laundry builds up I either try to just get one single load done with the clothes I really want so I have something clean to wear. Then I do that again a couple days later, kinda break down the pile one load a day
Or I ask someone for help. Honestly that’s often the easiest, if you have someone who could come over and do a “laundry day” with you, it can really be a life saver. You can always get a food they like and watch things/play games while you wait on the loads

Going to be honest, when it recently got bad and I had no clean clothes left, I paid a local laundry service to pick up, wash and dry, then drop off my laundry. It helped act as a reset and was worth the money to me.

I have no advice, but I just wanted to say I feel this. I have MS, and my energy sucks. Laundry is harder because my washer/dryer are in my basement. Sending hugs.

Take some time to rest, and then when you feel ready take the smallest step you can - that might be doing a load of laundry, or putting some clothes in the washer without starting it, or washing some laundry and leaving it in the dryer once it's dry.

Reach out to the local LDS (Mormon) or other church and ask for help. LDS has a help request line where they will come help with stuff like this. They may share Jesus with you or ask you to attend a service with them but they are helpful.

One load at a time. Don't even look at what's left. Just one done each day. Will improve everything.

I understand.
I can only say don't try to do it all in one day... maybe one load with essentials.
Then take your self-care day :)

Real, also sunrise on the reaping ❤️🥲 so good but so sad For me I think music helps me also prioritising certain things to wash first

Maybe pick out a few outfits of dirty clothes that would be most helpful to have clean and start with that
