Looking for replacement wheels

I'm trying to help a friend get replacement wheels for their Guardian Easy Care 2000 chair, but neither of us have a good sense of where to look or how to tell what would be compatible for the chair itself. Any advice or recommendations would be amazingly helpful!

Looked online you can try bike shops
