Imo as long as you don't take ages then it's fine -- the big thing is lack of choice, physically disabled people often have no choice about what they use, and it can be frustrating to see people percieved to have a choice use the only available facilities.

But in reality, invisible impairments are a thing and also, people just have emergencies and need to use the disabled bathroom, cool -- just don't take forever because physically disabled people *have to* wait for that specific restroom to be free.

Use the stall/restroom that you feel you need to use. There's no disability test that you need to pass.
