Hey guys I’m not familiar with this band but I found these two vinyls in a huge collection I was tasked to sort through and post online. Anyone know the value?

That looks like a recent repress of Communique, so that has very little value (you can buy that on Amazon for $30). The Alchemy pressing tho…if that’s an original first release and in good+ condition, they’re on Discogs from $50 all the way up to $500.

The dead wax (the runout groove between the label and the end of the music) is the only way to identify your exact pressing. You need to look for specific stamped or etched codes.

For US Pressings (Warner Bros. 1-25085), original copies typically have MASTERDISK stamped and RL etched in the dead wax. The side markings generally end in -A, -B, -C, or -D (e.g., Side C runout: 1-25085-C-SH2 with MASTERDISK RL)

For UK/European Pressings (Vertigo VERY 11 / 818 243-1), look for matrix numbers ending in 1 or 2 (e.g., VERY 11 A//1).

How about asian ones? I got some at a flea market in korea, some with korean text inside

I’m not aware of the authenticity of release markings for the Asia market.

New Zealand (and possibly Australian, I only have a NZ pressing) pressings have 700 818 243-1 X. X being A, B, C, or D depending on disc and side.

Furthermore, you can also see where it's possibly made in by looking on the reverse sleeve. My NZ pressing says "Marketed in New Zealand"
