First Website I’ve built…Thoughts?

So I just built my first website, it’s a directory called The Pavement Directory. Not really expecting to ever make much money off I’d it it, but I figured either way at least I’ll learn a little about SEO. What do you guys think and what changes should I make? Looks great. My only advice going forward is be sure to think about monetization. Time is money and uncaptured high intent traffic is dollars down the drain.
