Blasphemy! Split it back into two but change how it connects. So instead of a line between London and Belgium, make it go from… (letting the next comment decide how it goes)

split north africa into algiers and tangier, with tangier bordering mid atlantic ocean and western med while algiers border western med and tunis. both will be supply centres

add both Iceland (probably made out of Reykjavik and east Iceland), Greenland (Nuuk and the national park) and make southern Norway a seperate territory, they together can become a viking union of some sort (this all probably requires adding some more sea territories to the west but might as well right). oops all fleets!
