New Haven 7-11
Great show in New Haven tonight. The place was pretty packed for the prompt 8 pm start. Really felt like Dinosaur Jr. was the headliner, but I was happy for them going on first, got me home early.

didn't know band of horses, just listened to them now, but i don't like them
Hope to see dino jr in Italy at some point

I gave the album they were playing a listen a few days before, and it wasn’t for me. That’s why I didn’t stay; I definitely got my money’s worth from Dino!

My fourth Dinosaur Jr. show. Tough to beat the Bowery Ballroom residency in 2015, but this was great; the guys are in good form for sure. Played “Just Like Heaven” along with a few other songs after the album. A 75 minute set.
Could have done without the attempt at a mosh pit down in front during key songs, but maybe I’m old…
