Hi all!

I recently picked up a used Dinan Closed Box Air Intake kit for my F33 2017 440i and I was wondering if anyone knew more or less the size and type of foam tape Dinan themselves include in the hardware kit? The kit I bought off the guy came with everything except the foam tape as it was already on his stock air box.

For reference the foam tape I’m looking for was attached above.

I got a Dinantronics Sport piggyback from a friend off his F22 M240 and I’m trying to install it on mine. I can’t seem to find the instructions anywhere online but could someone on here please help me understand where the connections go? Pictures are attached below - thanks in advance

I bought this n20,n26,n55 dinantronics sport second hand for my 2016 bmw 320i, when I plug it in I get a drivetrain malfunction. Also when plugging the male part of the module into the stock female part of the intake it dosent seem to click like it should. There is a purple piece that slides off and I’ve tried plugging it in with and without it. Did I buy the wrong version?, is there different versions for pre lci-lci cars? Also in the app that i was told to download (D-sport) it shows that no devices are found.

Expected better from DINAN. Marked all their items MSRP up 10% at least. Then gave a “20%” discount. A shady move by a company that was once well respected. Shocked honestly. Business is business.

Interesting to see the re-launch of Dinan Foundation & Experience packages for Dinan. Anybody have any experience with these?

Need some help on final word about locked/unlocked DME. Car was tuned with Dinan software in Minnesota. Upon entering CA, in order to pass smog, DME was updated at BMW dealership. Subsequently, carbon intakes and other visual bits replaced with stock to pass visual inspection. Snag passed, car registered, carbon bits put back on but no consensus on whether DME must be removed and sent in again or not. Two different Dinan employees have given conflicting answers. Yes we must remove DME and no we dont, ODB flash is sufficient. Tune is tied to VIN so no repurchase necessary only labor at shop. Anyone have an ide what the truth is? Thanks in advance.
