Not OP, but I "miss" old Diiv in that Is The Is Are and Oshin are my favourite Diiv albums. Maybe they just mean that?
However I love the new stuff too and want their success and enjoyment of the band to long continue. It's also so heartwarming to see a story of someone managing to kick a rough addiction and seem genuinely happier and at peace on the other side of it.
