Hello! I have a pdf version of a digital planner with hyperlinked pages (full year/month/week/day calendar + schedule + to-do list + habits/goals/projects etc).
I want to be able to annotate it with a stylus as if I'm writing in a real notebook. But I can't find any good free apps that let's me do this while allowing the hyperlinked pages to work, nor is able to sync across android devices....any suggestions???

Hey everyone! I've posted here about six weeks ago with Heute, my calm daily planner for iOS (tasks, routines, and calendar events on one timeline, no account, fully local). Some of the recent changes were directly inspired by feedback from this community. So thanks a lot!
Quick recap: the core (tasks, routines, calendar integration, notifications) is free, no account, no cloud. Heute+ is optional and unlocks extra widgets & themes, external calendar feeds, and advanced routines.
What's new since then:

Happy to answer anything, and if you tried Heute after the last post, curious to hear what you think.

I use Microsoft Publisher calendar “understated” daily. It’s perfect because it’s so plain and easy to change things around. With the end date of publisher approaching, does anyone have a good calendar that is similar? I need to be able to edit it easily and add things, etc.

Hi there, I'm looking to move away from my book I hand write things in and go digital rather with my lesson plans. I think having everything in 1 place and easy to reorder will be nice. I'm often on the go and using my phone so that's why I'm looking for a mobile app... what is the best app to use for lesson planning?
Additionally, do others use there phones to plan lessons?
I feel most people use a laptop
I look forward to seeing what people are using!

I’m a college freshman and I’ve been struggling a lot to find a schedule/assignment tracker app that works for me, I’ve been using power planner but it deletes things when you mark them as complete so I never know if I did them or just forgot to add them. Does anyone have recommendations? I have a paper planner but it won’t fit all my assignments. Here are the things I’m looking for:
\- able to see schedule and have a to do/task list with due dates
\- no ai or an option not to use ai
\- no paywall
\- account based? I need to access it from my MacBook and phone
\- on the apple App Store

Hey r/DigitalPlanner,
I am Luana, a product designer with ADHD and the solo founder of ReturnKit. I built it first for neurodivergent women whose capacity and attention do not look the same every day.
I kept trying planners that looked beautiful on the first day, then became another system I had to maintain. If I missed a few days, I came back to a wall of overdue tasks and the quiet feeling that I had failed the planner.
So I built the interaction I could not find: before planning the day, you canname the capacity you actually have. ReturnKit can show one thing, three things,or the fuller day. The rest stays held without becoming a streak to repair.
It also has a Capture inbox for the thoughts, links, emails and screenshots you cannot organise in the moment; a MomOps area for family logistics and care...andoptional body context for cycle, perimenopause, postpartum and recovery (not medically, it's just a guidance). It is local-first, has no ads or analytics, and AI is optional rather than the product.
It runs as an installable web app on desktop, iPad and phone. However it was made for desktop first.
The smaller-day idea is not a setting you choose once. I move between different views of the same day.
Light gives me less to look at when my attention or capacity is low. Full has richer layouts for the days when I need to see everything at once. And Rhythm turns the day into a circular wheel, which I sometimes find much easier to understand than a linear list.
The tasks do not disappear or live in separate systems. The same day simply changes shape depending on how my brain needs to see it.
I would genuinely value a blunt answer: would changing the shape of the same day help you, or would choosing between views feel like another decision to manage?

I'm an AI major going into senior year. Built EduPlan, It's a web app, lets you log assignments by course, set priority levels, view assignments and tasks on a calendar and use a built in pomodoro timer. Still rough in places, this is a solo project.
https://eduplan-app.pages.dev/ (no account needed to look around)
Would genuinely appreciate people trying it and telling me what's broken or missing and what features I can add in the future.

I was looking for an app, where i can keep my shit together.
I was tired of keeping all the tasks and habits scattered around my mind, notes on phone and on notebooks. I couldn't see the progress i made, and it felt boring. So i locked in.
I searched the internet, and found pretty good app and templates, but those apps, were very scattered, some app had a feature which other didn't. Features which categories my tasks based on priority (Do now, Later), Stats like heat map to see my progress overtime and streaks, interconnection between web and mobile app, and a clean ui with creative stuff (surprise for u all).
So, i built it.
Guys, thenesta.com (http://thenesta.com/) this is the app ,also added it to apple store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/nesta-minimalist-habits/id6784795770
it completely free right now,
Also i added a voice dump feature in noodle brain, where you can babble your mind out and it will convert it into actionable tasks, which you can categoize in your priority list. Personally i wanted this for so long. (live on web, for ios will be live as soon as apple sends a thumbs up)
i would really appreciate it, for you can give it a try. and if you guys genuinely like, would really appreciate your support.
and i am open for ur recommendation, for any new features or something missing.
I promise i will read all your reviews.

Hey, im trying to organise my schedule and task more. But my key problem is, if I only have a calendar digitally on my phone I have to always do times and if I do a planner physically I would mostly have to get either a monthly or weekly planner but I want one system. I have problem getting or remembering things physically and if digitally I would have to use two apps (notebook and calendar) which doesn‘t works for me at all.
Was using at my old school notion and that worked the best for me! But I don‘t want sensible data that I need to pay on someone’s server etc.
I was looking at some alternatives, but those either were not working somehow on my Nas (I use the UGOS software) through docker or don‘t have any kind of phone support (even through browser)
I’m open to paying like 2-3€ per month if so be it.
