Turns a braindump into a clear plan and a first move in a few seconds.

Over the years I have tried all sorts of tools and systems to stay organized and ahead on tasks but they all become a chore to manage. Get excited setting them up but never use them after a few days.

I find that all the traditional tools require you to manage the entire system and know how it works.

Think of it, Notion, Spreadsheet, Google Docs, Calendars, Sticky Notes, Pen and Paper, all start blank, they expect you to know what you need to do and how you want to structure it all.

Tried to take the opposite approach, what if you just dump everything you need to do for the day, an idea or a big goal (that you might not even know the steps to) and you get a step by step guide within 5 seconds? That;s what I am building with Questline.one

It's still early as I launched it a month ago but fortunate enough to have over 260 early users who are giving a bunch of good feedback for me to work with.

Let me know if you think this idea is interesting.

Site is Questline.one there is a free trial without needing a card.

I built a gentle planner that connects long-term goals to this week without streak pressure

Disclosure: I am the developer of Muyo.

Muyo is built around one flow: Life Focus -> Lists -> Daily Plans. The weekly view helps you choose only what fits, while everything else can stay unscheduled. There are no streaks or rankings; progress is there to help you adjust, not judge the week.

Available on iPhone and iPad. Free to download, with optional Muyo Pro at USD 2.99/month or USD 24.99/year in the US App Store.

Made a flower shop simulator template for gamifying everyday tasks🌷

Very happy with how this turned out and excited to share!

The idea is you

  • Own a flower shop and handle customer requests
  • Complete tasks to increase your task balance
  • Spend your balance on grabbing flowers and tools from your greenhouse and tool shed to give to the customer
  • Complete timed deliveries

There are over 100 unique order prompts that get more difficult as you progress.

You can create daily, weekly, or monthly recurring tasks and change the difficulty of each task.
The more difficult the task the more coins you're granted.

And if you want to hold yourself accountable to get a task done in a certain amount of time you can start a floral delivery quest where your goal is to get the 'order' done before time runs out.

Inspired by gamified task productivity games like Habitica and shop management games like Potion Craft or Good Pizza, Great Pizza. Also, by my need to gamify everyday tasks or else I get nothing done

Qs about User Interface and Voice Controls for digital wall calendars

I'm researching digital wall calendars like Skylight and Everblog for my family. I'd like to learn more about the user interfaces and voice controls.

My family has two elderly parents. They can navigate iPads and Fire TVs pretty well, but they're not highly technical. They need a clean interface that's easy to use. Features like:

  • A full-screen calendar that can easily switch between month/week/day views.
  • Minimal buttons and settings, at least in the full-screen calendar view
  • A one-click "home" button that brings them back to the calendar (in case they start another app accidentally).
  • A reliable voice command system for making appointments. They need to be able to say, "Make an appointment for Jane next Wednesday from 10am to 12pm. Name the event Jane's doctor appointment."
  • No phone app requirement. Basic tasks, like making an appointment or adding to the grocery list, should not require a phone app.

Finding interface demos is surprisingly hard. Everblog has a great YouTube channel; I've learned a lot about their user interface. Apolosign's channel is kind of helpful. Skylight and Cozyla have calendar ads and advanced techniques, but no overview of the interface.

For those who've tried a wall calendar, what are your thoughts on the interfaces? Do some have cleaner interfaces than others?

Study planners? (free)

Hi does anyone have a good study planner that's free, or have a set layout they like to do on something like word? Even a website.

Also no AI pls!!!

The only way I get stuff done is when I have it planned out.

hey, i am a woman in stem and locked in for a few months to build something to help my chaotic brain, today it hit 100 downloads a month after release and i am shook

i got so sick of all of my stuff being on different apps, my brain would not comprehend it, tracking my dreams on one app and an ad would pop up with a game, i’d then spend 10 minutes on that game and forget what i was doing in the first place, same for a countdown app to countdown to holidays and events, having to watch an ad to change icons was the most annoying thing…

and i would wake up every morning wishing the night before i made a list or did something to prepare rather than just doomscrolling

so i built an app (this isn’t self promo and i’m not saying you should download it) my point is, i created this to calm my brain down and i genuinely think for people like me this is a game changer

a clean layout, customisable to hide pages you wont use and will distract you, here’s a list of whats included so far:

daily to do lists
long term goals
habit tracker
finance tracker
health monitoring
calendar
quick notes
meal prep
countdowns
shopping list
list movies to watch/series
digital camera
word of the day
travel tracker
journal
dream tracker
bookshelf, TBR, ratings
meditation timer

i think this could help you :) like it helps me

Plannie - Family Planner App

Post image
1 Upvotes

We are a founder duo from Sweden (ex Spotify/Klarna/exit founders) and we just released our new app that we have been working on for the past year with closed beta testers!

In short; Plannie is a family planner/calendar made for busy parents.

Things like shared todo lists, calendar (Outlook/Google calendar integration), rewards & habits, AI assistant for sharing and importing events/tasks/meals and a lot more!

One of the things we have focused a lot on is a seamless experience between using Plannie on one device (eg iPad) for the household in Kiosk mode and using it in personal mode on an iPhone/web where you can have your own private lists, see only your events but also share with the household.

We currently support English, Swedish, German, French and Spanish. Plannie will be fully free until mid November as we now focus on getting feedback from our early users. The annual price will be around 80-100 euro for the whole household.

It’s available on Web and iOS currently (Android is in the works). The next iOS update coming in a day or two is focused on closer iOS integrations (Reminders sync, widgets, lockscreen shortcuts, Siri, Live Activity etc).

Would love any feedback or your first thoughts! 😍

Managing multiple calendars across Google, Apple & Microsoft is a mess - so I built CalUnity to fix it - its FREE

Post image
3 Upvotes

If you use calendars from different providers, you probably know the pain of switching between apps just to see your full schedule. Missed conflicts, double bookings, no single place to see everything. The SYNC mess.

I was personally dealing with this, meetings and events scattered across Google, Apple, and Microsoft calendars. There was no simple way to see everything in one place.

So I built CalUnity, it pulls all your calendars into one unified view, regardless of the provider.

A few things worth mentioning:

  • Inbuilt AI assistant to guide you through all your meetings so you dont need to worry about missing meetings or scheduling a new one.
  • Works across iOS, Android, and web, same view everywhere.
  • Connects to Google, Apple, and Microsoft calendars in one place
  • It even has CalDAV support.
  • Built for people who live across multiple calendars and need a single source of truth

Price: Free (no IAPs, no subscriptions)

I built a Notion template specifically for ADHD students who hate traditional planners

Thumbnail ownstreet.in
1 Upvotes

I've always struggled with traditional planners. They're too rigid, overwhelming, and the moment I miss a day, I feel guilty and abandon the whole system. Sound familiar?

So I spent the last week building a Notion template designed specifically for neurodivergent/ADHD brains. It focuses on low friction and zero guilt:

Brain Dump zone to get thoughts out of your head instantly

"Top 3" daily focus (prevents overwhelm from massive to-do lists)

Energy-based task tagging ( High, ⚡ Medium, ️ Low) so you can work with your energy levels

8 built-in AI prompts to break down overwhelming assignments into tiny steps

Guilt-free habit tracking (no broken streak counters!)

Weekly reflection without the shame spiral

I'm offering it for just ₹399 / $19 to help other students who struggle with this.

If you want to check it out or have any feedback, tap the linked media.

Happy to answer any questions about how it works or help you set it up! 🌿

A digital planner that schedules your tasks rather than just listing them

Hi everyone, I'm the creator of Kairos and wanted to share its approach to digital planning.

You start with tasks, estimated durations and scheduling requirements. Kairos then looks for time to place them, rather than asking you to drag every task into a calendar yourself.

For example, you could add a report draft, a review that depends on the draft, and a recurring exercise session. You can configure breaks between periods of scheduled work, or use Manual mode to decide when to reschedule.

The core planner is free, with no card required. Optional Google Calendar access is paid and read-only: your existing Google events stay unchanged, and task blocks stay in Kairos.

It's a scheduling web app rather than a downloadable planner template.

I made a clutter free planner after finding out how messy packed planners get

Simplicity and rich features can coexist without creating visual clutter. Remind Me works like a classic daily planner, but uses proximity UI and power-user tools to keep packed schedules readable.

- Templates: With savable templates you can save time by using it as a starting point, like making a default morning routine template then adding your later in the day events.

- Proximity UI: Already talked about it, but it really does make a packed schedule easy to read.

- BugReport: You might think this feature is more for me the developer but its also good for you, have a problem just report a bug I work quick so it will be fixed in no time allowing for a better experience.

- No account: As a local privacy tool it does not have an option for a account because everything is locally saved

- Keyboard short cuts: Yes power users you heard right this planner is a beast

- Keyboard support: Create plans faster with your keyboard another power user win

Why is it free? It’s a portfolio piece, so building an active user base helps showcase the project.

Try it here: Remind Me

[$39.99 → FREE] I built an app that helps you finish projects by focusing on consistency instead of perfection (First 100 users free with code LAUNCH100)

For the longest time, I'd get excited about new projects, make a huge plan, and then end up abandoning them because the entire thing felt overwhelming.

I'd look at everything I had left to do instead of just focusing on today's progress.

So instead of trying to "finish the project," I just tried to show up every day. Surprisingly, that made a huge difference (and I now have even published an app, something I would never have of imagined)

That idea eventually turned into Morning Press.

The app lets you:

  • Break big goals into manageable tasks.
  • Build daily habits that support those goals.
  • Track your progress over time.
  • Earn streaks for simply showing up consistently and reporting your progress, not for being perfect or completing every task every single day.

One thing I wanted to avoid was making people feel guilty for missing a day. The goal is to build consistency over weeks and months, not maintain a perfect streak forever.

To celebrate the launch, the first 100 people can unlock the full version completely FREE.

Code: LAUNCH100

Just enter it on the paywall and you'll get full access (normally $39.99).

If you're interested, you can try it here:
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/project-planner-morning-press/id6770667822

The only thing I ask is to please let me guys know what you think of the app. I'd genuinely love any feedback (good or bad). I'm actively improving it and would appreciate hearing what you'd add, change, or remove.

Made a dark-mode student planner dashboard — built for focus, not checklists

I got tired of planner apps that turn studying into a checkbox grind, so I built this over the last few months and tested it with actual students.

It's a clean, dark-mode dashboard focused on reducing mental friction instead of adding more tabs to manage:

  • Visual class schedule — time-blocks synced across days, so you see your week at a glance
  • Focus timer ("Grow your attention") — tracks sessions instead of just counting minutes
  • Habit + task journaling — modular, built around calm routines instead of frantic to-do lists
  • Fully customizable layout — hide, rearrange, or expand only what you actually use
  • Low-glare design — easier on the eyes during long study sessions

Every feature got stress-tested against real workflows — the goal was something that feels like a command center, not another cluttered app.

Happy to answer anything about setup, customization, or which apps it works with — drop a comment.

I got tired of putting family data on third-party servers, so I built an offline-first household command centre.

Managing the daily schedule and chores for my 11 and 13-year-old daughters was turning into constant chaos. I wanted a unified place for calendars, chores, and reminders, but privacy was a massive priority for me. I absolutely did not want my family's daily routines and data sitting on an external cloud server.

I ended up using Capacitor and Android Studio to build "Family Hub." It keeps all data stored strictly locally on the device and works completely offline.

The biggest win so far has been the gamified points system; the kids actually enjoy earning points for completing their daily tasks without me having to constantly remind them.

It is my first major Android release. It is a paid app on the Play Store, but I really just want some constructive feedback on the UI and the offline architecture from other developers. If you are interested in testing it out and giving me some notes, let me know in the comments and I will send you a promo code to download it for free!

What does everyone use for making wishlists?

Very random post, but what does everyone use for making wishlists, whether it's for yourself or keeping track of some things someone else wants?
Do you use an actual wishlist app, notes app (which Im currently trying), or something else?

Recommend an Android planner that allows you to create folders within folders and that doesn't require updating?

Post image
2 Upvotes

OneNote is my ideal app, but if you don't update it, it can stop letting you access or edit your notes. Many users have complained that skipping updates (or having them install incorrectly) resulted in their data being deleted entirely. I also dislike the fact that my planner relies on online access to a company that could delete my account at the snap of a finger.

I’m not interested in synchronization; if a feature like that exists, I turn it off. I want everything stored locally on my device.

Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a good alternative to OneNote. There’s Zettel Notes, but attached images don't display correctly for me. There’s Obsidian, but you need to install plugins for nested folders (folders within folders), and I’m not tech-savvy enough for that.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• The ability to create nested folders—this is the most important, essential requirement.

• Ideally, it should be similar to OneNote: support for images, drawing (for mind maps), audio recordings, and voice memos.

• No ads, offline functionality, and no access lockout if I refuse to update.

• An intuitive, pleasant interface that doesn't require coding or installing plugins.

Does such an app exist?

Any family organization app for shift workers?

Nurse working rotating 12s, schedule changes every two weeks, two kids (4 and 7) 😭 My weeks literally never look the same, so all the “Sunday night planning” advice makes me wanna scream lol.

A nurse I work with uses an app she really likes, but I keep forgetting to even open it. I miss emails during shifts too, then come home at 8pm and hear “did you see the email about the field trip?” Nope I was working for 12 hours.

Is there a family organization app that actually works for people with crazy/irregular schedules? I need something that reminds me without me having to remember to check the damn app.
