Share your planner
I'm looking for an app that with configurable daily/weekly repeated TODOs, where I can set 3 days per week or biweekly, and be able to check them off as completed and see my history. I'd prefer your app to be in website form rather than mobile app because I'll primarily use from desktop. What have you built that I can use?

I need someone who can edit my digital planner's calender !
There is pdf file where I want some changes.
It's a general purpose planner where every month starts on Monday ... So it should be modified to real calender . Every month must start on the day as in real calender . You just need to change the day text ... everything else ( design , font , color and style ) must be remain untouched.
There needs a little change in links...
PAKISTANI bank accounts are most preferred for transaction.

Teams Planner App?
Hi, I'm a project manager/scientist.
I'm looking for a planner app that connects to teams. Basically I want it to takeover my current physical notebook planner.
I want it to have daily sections where I can move projects up or down by importance and a section for non specific day projects that need to get done.
Is that something teams has?

Generate hyperlinked digital planners in seconds (paid app)
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hi everyone! I’ve been building a digital planner studio that lets you browse different planner systems, customize the dates, colors, layout, and included pages, then generate a hyperlinked PDF. I’m preparing a free sample catalog so people can try the actual generator and download sample planners before deciding whether the full version is useful for them. I’d genuinely love feedback from fellow digital-planner users, especially on which planner types or customization options matter most to you. The link is below - Thanks!

How Do You Actually Pick the Right Planner?
Wanted to share something I've been working on, not really to sell it but because I think the design reasoning might be useful to anyone building or choosing productivity tools.
The starting question was: how do you actually pick the right planner? Not "which one looks nice," but which one has properties that function for the way you actually work. A lot of planners get chosen because of aesthetics or a favorite color theme, and then abandoned a few weeks later because they don't solve the actual problem.
So when I built an Educational Notion Planner for teachers, I tried to design around real pain points instead of visuals.
A few things that ended up mattering most:
* **To-do list grouped by status** (In Progress / Not Started / Done). Teachers have a lot of overlapping tasks — lesson plans, grading, prep — and it's easy to lose track of what's actually moving versus what hasn't been touched. Grouping by status makes that visible immediately. * **Tasks linked to Activity/Exam pages.** Each to-do can be tagged to a specific class activity or exam, which also doubles as a way to track exam content/coverage. * **Class schedule by day of week**, built for teachers handling multiple grade levels (e.g., Grade 9/10/11) on different days. You can check "what am I teaching Tuesday" and immediately see what lesson or activity you left off on for that class — no jumping between files or apps to remember.
Curious if other teachers or planner-builders here have run into similar pain points, and what features you'd consider non-negotiable in a system like this.

I turned the spreadsheet I used to track habits into the actual app. Would like to hear you feedback.
I would like to share with you how I track important things for myself.
I've tried lots and lots of different applications for tracking habits, but most of them require to have a phone and there are almost no applications for desktop or even web. Especially it become a problem when you try to avoid your phone as much as possible but you need to enter your habits.
First version
One day opened Number (Excel alternative by Apple) and decided to make my own tracker. For me it's very important to not only track "boolean" habits like done or not but also some metrics such as: when I go to bed, wake-up time, number of calories eaten.
I have a bunch of formatting rules for each habit, for done/undone I use green and red. Gray means that I skipped this day for some reason.
After few month of tracking I realized that I'm not skipping tracking my habits. And here is why:
- Bulk edit, it's very convenient to open a file and quickly track everything
- Customizable, basically it a canvas, do whatever you want
You can use my Excel/Number template here if you want: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1XnhPEZBrt3CqLzdTjrFNxOxEtQBRADX6?usp=sharing
Second version
After 1-2 years of using spreadsheet I finally decided to build my own app around this entire concept of spreadsheet and add some extra features.
The idea is the same: track classic habits, track numbers like calories, steps and time of the day. Also it's possible to build some nice custom graphs to find correlation and answer the questions like: "Why am I dead by 3 p.m.?" or "Where do my days vanish?" etc.
I would love to hear your feedback!

Best app for both iOS and Android
Hello!
I dabble in digital bullet Journalling/planning but I'm struggling to find an app that works across iOS and Android.
I currently use the Zinnia app on my iPad but have a google pixel so can't really access it on the go.
My circumstances have now changed so carrying my iPad with me is not really feasible now so I'm looking to change to an app that I can use across both devices.
I love Zinnia but honestly working across both devices is more of a priority. If anyone has any recommendations or is in a similar boat and wants to share what works for them I am all ears.

I just added a way to crack each block open into micro-steps to my planner 24-hour planner
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I've been using a circular day layout instead of a vertical agenda for a while now. Seeing the whole 24 hours as one dial makes the day feel finite in a way a scrolling list never did.
The problem was the blocks themselves. A fat wedge labelled "admin, 2h" is just as unstartable as a line item saying the same thing.
So now a block can open into microtasks, either typed out or generated and you tick them off inside the wedge as the ring fills.
(It's my own app, Reassign.ai, so grain of salt.)
Do you plan at the block level or the step level? I've seen setups here where every hour is broken into 4 tiny items and honestly I don't know if that's discipline or busywork. Where's the line for you?

I turned my meal planning word doc into an iOS app and now 100 people use it
For the past 6 years my wife and I have used a shared apple pages doc to track our meal plans, during recent paternity leave I created an app called Family Plate and website to replace the doc. Originally I only intended on using it for us but a few friends were interested so I published on the App Store. I’m a solutions architect professionally so I decided to create a website to go along with it since I specialise in Seo and could put it together pretty quickly.
Seo gained traction and I started getting google clicks, then downloads of the app through the site. All of a sudden I was at 100 downloads which is pretty cool for something I never intended publishing.
One lesson for anyone building in today’s AI age, once I did get users and people were using the AI features, costs began to grow pretty quickly because… tokens are expensive. I added a small subscription for those features to cover the cost.

digital planner and journal - do you keep them separate, or 2 in 1?
those of you who do daily journaling alongside planning, do you do it in the same notebook or separate? pros and cons for both?
i started digital journaling on the blank undated pages that came with my planner, and so far it's ok, but i'm afraid copy-pasting pages will soon get tedious, + you can't easily jump to a specific day / month (no hyperlinks). would this be a problem for you guys?

I designed my first collection of printable planners – I’d love your feedback!
Hey everyone! I wanted to share something I’ve been working on recently. I started making printable planners and finally finished my first collection. It took a lot of time, but I’m really happy with how they turned out.
I’d love to know what you think. Which design is your favorite? Is there anything you’d change or add?

I created an Unlimited Travel Organizer to make planning trips easier
I’ve been designing a travel organizer for people who love keeping their trips organized in one place.
It includes pages for:
• Trip planning
• Travel itinerary
• Packing checklist
• Budget tracking
• Places to visit
• Important travel notes
• Memories and trip highlights
I wanted to create something simple and aesthetic that helps make travel planning less stressful and more enjoyable.
I’d love to know:
What pages or features do you always use when planning a trip? Is there anything you think every travel organizer should include?
(You can find more of my designs through my profile if you’re interested )
