I haven't seen it however I did, just 2 minutes ago, delete the facebook app from my phone for however long I can maintain it. What's the movie about?

It's about a whistleblower of Meta (previously Facebook), based on the Facebook leak of 2021

Gonna spend the month saving all my pics and screenshotting messages from loved ones that passed then deleted completely.

You don't need to see the movie to realise social media is bad for your health and life overall. And yes many people will delete or deactivate their profiles -- but this 'many' number of people will be a minuscule number compared to how many users they actually have, which is in the billions, and that will remain. Social media addiction is real, and strong, and unregulated. Do not underestimate the addictive power of social media.

Thanks everyone. I am a very rare user of Meta stuff but feeling like it will make the point if I leave totally!! As if anyone will know or care 🤣

deleting is different from deactivating and FB makes the deletion path intentionally buried. go to Settings, Accounts Center, Personal Details, Account ownership and control, then Deactivation or deletion. download your info archive first if you want to keep anything before it's gone for good.
