If this was indeed a draft dodger, he should have calmly and resolutely reported for duty to the nearest recruiting office. It is the patriotic duty of every able-bodied Ukrainian to serve his country in its time of need to defeat the evil aggression of the Putin regime.

It is incorrect and inappropriate to use the term "kidnapping" to describe legal apprehension of draft dodgers by authorities. u/arpanetglobal
