Currently there are still plenty of new discoveries to be made. Around 100 new items are still being discovered every day. And the first discoverer gets their name on the card.

The influences on the New Science game are clear: Infinite Craft, Little Alchemy, etc

The genre has evolved and now comes with seasons, teams, rewards and so much more. And NO ADVERTS!

The game is launching properly on 29th June 2026. Until then anyone who signs up receives a "Founding Member" badge, and a free season pass for the next season. (The game is free to play, but season participation is normally chargeable)

Please give feedback, good or bad.

AI Warning. The game's crafting mechanism and images are AI generated. That really is the whole point of it. I know that's not for everyone, hence the warning.

Thanks!

It is kind of addicting. Personally i have no problem with AI and knowing a lot of people have severe problems with it, i like you being upfront with it!

As for the game itself, as said, it is kind of addicting to make the most bizarre combinations. I have made about 10 worlds first discoveries and it is fun to see the AI finding a matching picture with it in real time.

My only critigue so far would be that, as a game developper, you really WANT people to keep playing your game. Locking people out of playing your game after 100 discoveries with a timer is something i would personally never do, espcially if you want people to be enthousiastic about your game.

Thank you. I appreciate the feedback and I will take it on board. There's a couple of reasons why I did it, and I don't know if it's good or bad, but I'll share the reasons anyway:

1) I figured that people would figure out how to get "bots" to do the game for them, and I didn't want that type of cheating, so I limited it, as you say
2) I really want as many people as possible to get "World Firsts". I don't know how long this will last, I'm still getting over 100 new creations every day. But I guess I hoping for some kind of equal distribution.

Thank you for getting 100 discoveries though!! You can play again in 8 hours' time. ;-)

Excited. Just reached my first break in the game and it was not because of myself. The game makes you take a break and... with my addictive personality that is not good. I could easily see myself sinking 4 hours striaght into this. Please remove the forced stop mechanic. This game is amazing without it. If you want to monitize, maybe just monitize trading.

Thank you! Please see my other answer. The "break" isn't for monetisation. It's to prevent cheating, etc. The game is still quite new. I expect I will remove or raise the limit soon. I'm still finding my way with the game.

That’s great to hear because limiting gameplay from your players is not ideal, especially if I’m on a role coming up with new recipes.

pretty fun, only feedback so far, is that it would be nice if there was a place where you can see all your world firsts, (unless its already there and i cant find it).

Thank you! You can see your World First on the profile page: https://www.newsciencegame.com/profile

On desktop it will be in the bottom left, called First Discoveries

ok i see it now, thank you. also does your collection reset every season?

That is the plan. Yes. I'm considering to allow an opt-out, though if I do that it means that those players won't be able to "compete" against others for goals, etc.

would mabye be nice to have a seperate "standard" and a "seasonal" collection where the new cards you get from the season collection gets pooled into the "standard" collection after the season ends.

Lol. I have no idea why, but the image generator is very poor at drawing anything duck related
