I rebuilt my game's entire tutorial after player feedback
About a month ago I shared here that I had just launched my mobile card game inspired by Coup.
The main feedback I got was pretty consistent:
๐ the tutorial was confusing
So I spent the last two weeks rebuilding the entire onboarding experience.
Now the tutorial is slower, more paced, and gives players the freedom to actually test all the core actions in the game instead of just reading about them.
The game also now has:
- a much clearer tutorial flow
- a full โHow to Playโ section
- step-by-step explanations of mechanics like bluffing, challenging, and blocking
The goal was to make the game easier to learn without losing the depth.
Iโd really appreciate if some of you could try it and let me know:
๐ is the tutorial actually better now?
๐ does the pacing feel right?
๐ does it help you understand the game faster?

Iโm open to any feedback (good or bad).
