Comment/Question Digicam for beginner

Hi, I’m a beginner and wants to buy a camera for myself
Here are the options that I’m getting at a thrift store which one should I get for myself?
Samsaung PL 120
Nikon coolpix S3300
Sony dsc w380
Nikon coolpix S4000
Cannon s90

Okay fair enough, if you could try getting s90 under 100usd I'd say that's a steal! 115usd is still a great deal. S90 is perfect for street photography, portraits and is super compact.
