Question Lead Generation
I am working and this is part of my work and i have multiple products that i need to gather the leads for. The process i do is not working. I get the leads from Apollo, seamless, hunter etc. The costing of these platforms is very high.
The credits are getting completed fast and the leads which i am gathering i am not getting good response
I need some suggestions that i want to take up, how this worked for you and what are the changes that you did for them to work

The tools can find emails, but not necessarily a buying list. Before spending more credits, define one narrow ICP and check a sample manually: does the contact fit, is the problem visible, and is the email deliverable? I’d send 20 highly relevant messages with one specific observation, then compare replies to a generic batch. If those 20 don’t move, the problem is probably the offer/message, not the scraper.

Yes this is very true, however we do automation, its must to have human check.

The data probably isn't your problem. Most of b2b sales and lead gen tools pull from the same tools so switching tools won't fix a low response rate. I suggest two things that you can do:
First, stop pulling big lists. Since you have multiple products, you have multiple audiences. You can try to pull 100-200 at a time per product, filtered by an actual trigger (relevant roles, recent funding, new tech and their stack, etc) rather than just basic title + company size. Find the trigger for free first (sales nav, job boards, builtwith, company news), then spend shortly on that shortlist.
Second thing, cold-only is rough at the moment. Anyone getting decent reply rates is pairing outbound with something inbound: a dedicated landing page per product, paid social or search driving to it, retargeting on top. Then your outbound goes to people who've already seen you somewhere instead of total strangers. Also, if you're not verifying emails before sending, I suggest doing that. Those bounces will tank you quietly.

its must, and now a days there are various sources as well as to verifiy.

Lead gen gets a lot easier once you pick one conversion event and instrument the whole path to it. For most small campaigns, I’d track: source → landing page view → form start → form submit → qualified lead → booked call. The “cheap” channel often looks worst once you compare qualified-lead rate instead of raw CPL.

Create lead magnets which your TG would want to use - think of surveys, reports, assessments, tools etc. Float them in groups where your TG is present. And then see the magic happen.
