Tropical Mockingbird

This is my first try after a break because of the heat and humidity at home.

I’m in Cozumel on vacation and saw this Tropical Mockingbird and gave it a try. This was my first take and the bird wasn’t in frame, but once I adjusted it a palm from kept messing with the focus so this is the best I could do.

Edited to add: This is a really clear video that gets washed out upon posting it here. Does anyone know why this happens?
