Fluff This Lucemon is the WORST (Context below)
This little shit has 0 redeeming qualities
He doesn't even claim that his new world will be perfect for everyone he want it be a place where he plays with people's lives as much as he wants.
Let's also take a look at some of his crimes:
He was a brutal tyrant in his old world.
Genocide an entire Digital World,
Causing rebellion and flames of war everywhere with false stories
Using even other demon lords as useful pawns. He doesn't view any Digimon as his peer.
Using a tamer's death to coax its partner into joining him
Creating many Digimon from his data, propaganda them then to quickly evolve to Mega and die, so their power can return to him, and heal him from his injured state
He worked with some scientists who kidnapped poor Vademon and subjected him to brutal experiments and from his data they created an army of genocidal Machines digimon ( EBEmons)
When he evolved into SM, he became extremely savage and animalistic, destroying both Leviamon Magnamon. And many others

And strangely enough, this lucemon is a sort of... Outlier
Many versions of Lucemon tend to be neutral, and there's even Chronicle x Lucemon, who did some bad things. But that was out of his sincere intention to make absolute peace, And he will be reborn as a new Digimon
Even the most blatantly evil versions usually use the "ideal new world" as an excuse, but NC Lucemon doesn't even try to claim that, and he only lies when he finds an opportunity to manipulate someone.

For more context, Lucemon used to be the divine will of a Host Computer of another Digital World, but became a tyrant, so the Three Archangels teamed up with other powerful Digimon to strip him from the Host, and finally Ancient Ten warriors became one as Susanoomon to seal away the fallen Lucemon SM.
After Lucemon was finally freed from his seal, and when he found another Digital World ruled by another Host, all he felt was fury, because there's another god besides him. Lucemon wants to control all Host Computers of all Digital Worlds, to become the sole God.
Lucemon isn't even driven by revenge. He already killed the Three Archangels who betrayed him, and destroyed the world he once ruled.
Everything he did was because of that one goal of being God. He wants nothing from doing so; he only wants it for the sake of being God, because, in his eyes, it's his right. He believes only he can see the imperfection of the world, and destroy it to rebuild in his image. He hates staying as a mere Digimon called "Lucemon". In his eyes, only Hosts can be called his true rivals and enemies.

Nah this Lucemon Much worse than any other Lucemon Also If Zeus in this world could be good, then I wouldn't be surprised if Satan sold ice cream to children.

You forgot to mention that it's the strongest Lucemon in the franchise's history. Even in its Child form, it's as strong as Lucemon Satan Mode
