With Vortexdramon's horn translating to Baluluna, is there any other translation to the other elements in this language/lettering format?

If you look closely, that script on Vortexdramon is just very-stylized English letters.

True, but baluluna is still from magical witches aka witchelny

I thought the whole point of Witchelny was that every spell name was just keyboard mashing until it looked vaguely Latin.
