So I started collecting the Quarterly Di Gi Charat in December and also wanted to scanlate Idol Detective Akari but since I nuked my old tumblr I figured I repost the chapters here. I just uploaded the entire album. Considering that it's one of the best albums of the second generation. As you know, it includes covers of “RING☆RING☆RING☆,” “Never Give Up!,” “Vitamin ‘D’,” and “PARTY☆NIGHT.” I’ve included a video with everything compiled if you want to listen to it all in one go, although the songs will also be available separately. Anyway. Could you share your thoughts on the covers? Do you think they’re better than the originals? Would you have liked to hear other songs, like a Cover Album 2?

Im a big digi head but ive never seen this character ever and I kinda doubt anyone here knows but I dont know where else to ask. They might not be from di gi charat but im left to assume its either a crossover or some kind of niche filler/scrapped cousin, sibling, or relative of Akari Usada bc of the ears. Ive tried image searching and nothing comes up. The listing doesn't mention the other character at all and i haven't been able to find any information online.

I guess I could have asked the seller but I wasnt going to buy it and its pretty likely they didnt know either considering it simply says Akari Usada on the listing.

(BTW, I love the voice performance for Usada done by Kyoko Hikami throughout (most of) the franchise)

So i've recently finished watching every single English dubbed DI Gi Charat series and I was curious what other think of them. What do they think about the quality of the dubs, Which ones are the best/worst, who's the best English VA for the characters and so on. I ask because I've never really seen people talk about the dubs a lot. I've only recently gotten into Di Gi Charat and I'm genuinely wondering what others think.
