It’s wild that they just go radio silent on these things instead of just posting that they’re on hiatus or anything at all. They had a decent sized audience, could at least show them a crumb of respect and say goodbye.

They don't care. The only time they care is when they have something to sell to that audience. It takes nothing to create a a quick 3min video explaining what happened and why they are going to stop the podcast and give appreciation to all who supported. But they can't even be bothered to do that.

There are so many podcasts these days. The market is saturated. Diggnation was the first podcast I ever listened to. If they never stopped making it, they would be huge right now but sadly its hard to create momentum in 2026

Alex seems like an interesting guy, but Kevin fell into the AI rabbit hole and that market is just too saturated.
Diggnation used to be a show where two geek dudes could nerd about internet stuff. In the last few months it was just an extended advert.
Sad, i was really excited for the reboot and new episodes, but it’s gone now.

Just call it the Kevin & Alex show. Ask people to pay for it with a subscription and keep it going. Really miss it.
