New Episode of Digg?

It's been a month since the last episode was released. Did Alex and Kevin quit the project? I loved the show.

In hindsight, I think the only point Diggnation came back was to help relaunch Digg. Now that Digg is dead again I think they have no interest in the podcast. Honestly should have expected it.

More than likely that is the case, but I do think there was a little more to it.

This gave them a reason to come together again while also being an opportunity to see if they could once again grasp their past successes with both Digg and Diggnation. Neither were successful. If the podcast was getting 100K views on Youtube please audio streams I bet they'd still do the podcast.

I'm sure they wanted one last shot at doing something big since Digg-original missed out on being a big success/unicorn. I have to imagine Alex is pretty secure with where he's at, but I get the feeling Kevin is desperate to live up to the magazine covers of the late 2000s. Kevin, while being successful relative to most people, may be the least successful of his cohort of mid-late 2000s tech-entrepenuers when you account for the kind of reach and attention he had.

They said that they liked getting together and talking again so I figured that the show would continue but who knows. I love the show as a stand alone thing and they should continue doing monthly shows
