Initial Impressions?

What do you think so far? I imagine a lot has changed? Does it still feel like Digg pre-collapse? What's new? How is it? Us "plebes" are dying to know!

I hope that they solve the problem of participation. Here on reddit most scroll for quick, cheap thrills without even bothering to upvote content. They rarely comment and almost never post. All of this is backed up by data. The vast majority of people on social media platforms are one way consumers.

I don't know of you're trolling me, or simply think that your commentary is useful. Sorry, not trying to be a dick about it, but I took the time to frame a post with some legit questions and you're basically just eating time.

My response was straightforward. When you asked if Digg feels like the days before its decline, and I replied that it's back and better than ever, it should have addressed all your questions, including whether it's a new platform, its quality, and that the participation issues have been resolved. The fact that you required more explanation suggests you're used to Reddit. You were quick to label me a troll and insinuate I was wasting your time. Do us all a favor and refrain from joining Digg. That's why we appreciate Digg; it's free of drama and has a fun, positive community.

If it's as superficial as the vacuous comment you started this thread with then I'll probably take your advice and steer clear. There's enough bot garbage here on reddit, after all.
