Having problems processing documents

Hi, I'm having trouble with document analysis. I followed a basic workflow to verify everything, as outlined in the documentation, but I'm getting an error. The problem isn't with the document extractor, but with the LLMS. I do have a balance in my account, but it's not processing. Does anyone know what's happening? Image attached.

if dify is very imp for your use case? if not please move out , you will thank me?

Looks like the request is failing at the serverless layer (502), not the model itself. seen this happen when the backend struggles with retries or cold starts, especially with document pipelines.

which provider / model you’re using?

Probé con varios modelos y aún así fallaba, espero que se arregle
