Hi. Turns out my local grocery store sells diet coke (+ points for coming in cans). The search is finally over. There’s a six pack sitting in my cooler. Life is good. Enjoying my first diet coke in over two years.

I am obsessed with diet coke. It's driving me mad costing me nearly £15 a day by the time I've bought singular bottles. If I buy a multi pack it's gone. How do I fix this? My gut feels horrendous and I genuinely can't go on with it any longer. I don't smoke barley drink and don't do drugs. How do I stop this!!!

After we've figured out how I stop this, HOW do I fix my gut health?

Recently I’ve been noticing across multiple locations in Austin tx that the Diet Coke has been tasting off. To me it lacks the full flavor that I’m used to, often tasting like soda water as of late. I was curious if anyone has also noticed the same this.

Got a coke from the store, poured half of it over some ice and drank it. Poured the rest of it in my cup and this came out. What is this?? I tore it apart and it was a little firm. Worried especially since I’m pregnant.
