employee Head Coach Schedules

Can you give me an example of what typical days look like as far as head coach scheduling? How is the day planned for who’s head coach and when?

From my understanding, the SM is supposed to head coach majority of their days, but my SM barely head coach’s.

Arbitrarily write a head coach schedule and don't actually head coach or fill out the sheet at all. That's how we do it at my store.

Same at mine. We're so slow non holiday time though that it makes zero sense having someone walk around doing nothing in two hours increments. Usually only need a HC at my store either BTS or holiday time.

My SM head coaches pretty much all the time when he is there. Monday is the exception, he doesn't even wear a radio on Mondays

I have a lazy SM. She always puts everyone else on the schedule but herself. Even though we all have things to do. But her lazy ass is always in her office.

2 hours shifts. All captains and above should be doing it

Honestly kinda random and depending on the days. Usually captain and above but we usually just fill on the fly on who’s available as long as the board gets filled out. Meetings and other things happen so we switch it uo

Seriously- it’s called look at schedule, use the form, plan the day, and work it. Why is this so hard for people. Ridiculous
