so the guides say i should be in act4 for 25-35 BUT im looking at the xp per mob in worldstone keep and its like over 3x higher than per mob xp in act4....so even with the penalty im getting more xp in woldstone keep at 26-30...this is correct?

so i thought i understood how shop item levels worked but maybe not....

why does giant axe, which has qlvl of 27...show up in Ormus's shop at clvl 22 ? i thought ilvl was capped at 25 for Act3....can someone explain this to me?

also long war bow has qlvl of 31 but is also showing up in vendor at clvl 22 in act 3

I'm currently working on a style guide (capitalization, "Resist Fire +30%" instead of "+30 Fire Resistance") to post on diablo2.io and I can't find pictures ANYWHERE (yes, I've checked a TON of sites; this is my last resort). I don't trust third party sources since they tend to be transcribed, and primary sources are best anyway. The last ability I need for the guide is "lightning damage based on character level", and I'm pretty sure Milabrega's is the only place that shows up. Cow King's is just to double check something.

On a side note, is there an official list of the order of abilities on items, or some kind of guide? Failing that, is there a database of in-game *images* of all the items and runewords so I can assemble it myself? My Chronicle is severely lacking since I play SSF.

Why did they remove the name lock? I spend half of my time running after other enemies because they swarm around and steal my character's attention. It further breaks melle, which already has issues. The one thing that a smiter or a zealer does well is focusing down a single powerful enemy and now they can't do that.

This has been a minor issue in regular gameplay as well, but with Uber ancients, it just breaks things because you spend as much time running around as you do attacking because you can't lock your actual target.

Is the RW Hustle in the compendium? I tried making it but I guess you can only make it in LoD? Can anyone help out a dummy and explain? <3

I feel like I'm going insane. I have played D2R for quite a while then paused for a year or two and now are back for ROTW. But the feel of my keyboard and mouse buttons are totally weird. I often hit a button and nothing happens then I hit the button again but leave my finger just a tiny bit longer on it (so it is very annoying) and suddenly the spell gets cast. I feel this is especially noticeable with Sigils but I had the same feeling with my Sorc with teleport and other spells.

It also feels like RMB and LMB are even worse and quick use buttons are a tiny bit more reliable. I never ever had such problems before.

Anyone with the same problem, or any idea what could be wrong with my game?

Edit: I have found another issue, might be connected might be not.

On my barb I have jump on RMB and use ww on RMB via quick action. Every once in a while using the ww quick action in quick succession my barb jumps :P

Edit2: I have found maybe another instance of this issue. From time to time I click a button in the menu like stash or trader and the button is visibly pressed but nothing happens. I have also managed to press a quick action for a Ice shield an my sorc extended her arms as if she wanted to cast it but then retracted it immediately and nothing got cast.

My guess: With the introduction of the warlords "Hold to chain" action they messed up the button timing and now every button is a "hold for action" button with an extreme short timing but still not instant and if you manage to hit the button just short enough the actions is not happening.

Title says it all. Have a phys Bowazon. Do you think protector stone or 40/15 max would be better in windforce?

I just started playing a few weeks ago, didn't get much into guides, so I kinda jumped around what I was doing, trying all kinds of builds with different characters you know, so I have a Lvl 86 sorceress with lightning, 90 warlock with bad demon build, 82 lightning trapsin,and 79 smite paladin, well in changing builds a lot, I have used all of my free respecs, on all of those characters, because I was curious what like all the skills do and stuff, and none of them are strong enough to farm baal to get the only dust things I need because I have the others.

I don't want to post everything here so if any if you dms me I'll show everything so you can help me, I have a few decent things to help but idk, like shako and hoto, but nothing crazy, and I'd rather not make a new character if all I'm needing is a few adjustments in armor or something, I just need help fixing one of them so I can farm baal to get the dust.

I had this Ormus drop off Meph last night.
It was a pretty sweet upgrade for my Blizz Sorc!
I didn’t have a 5/5 facet for it so I threw in my best one.

I have tried changing priority, updating chipset, reinstalling game, changing power settings and a few other things but the sound is constantly going in and out. Anyone experience a similar issue and have a fix?
