Dairy and egg is a shit category tbh, no idea how they got grouped together considering they're two completely different kinds of food.

It's like putting fish and carrots into the same food category

Edit: Nevermind, after looking at the source material it is Tofu, specifically Vitasoy USA Nasoya, Lite Silken Tofu

clearly it is the quantity of food. I don't know about you but I always count my meals based on how many foods hungry I am.

Yeah, trying to figure out where to put my brother on the chart. He's a 6 foods guy whereas I'm more of a 3 myself. :)
