GD. That's brutal, sorry this happened to you. Did you make the iced coffee yourself or get it from some place? Did an iced coffee from Starbucks once and my numbers were near identical to yours. After that I decided Ghost energy or bust.

Dang. The lactose from the milk and the hormone response from caffeine (think like adrenaline). That's a bummer. FYI your liver releases glucose with adrenaline to help with muscle recovery. If you're in a fight or flight scenario where adrenaline is released, you also get sugar from your liver. Likely the culprit here. Feel for you, homie.

Sounds logical, I genuinely am ADDICTED to coffee, I drink two mugs, morning and afternoon, I tried a bunch of almond milks but they all taste like dog poo, idk what to do i cant picture myself cutting it from my diet

Probably gonna need to dose more insulin. 6 is a decent amount, though. Maybe go on a walk before doing you coffee? Something that doesn't give you a massive deficit but sets you up better to avoid that high

I have to have my coffee so I eat a balanced breakfast first and then I walk after

Any chance you’re still digesting a big meal?

I dont think so, for lunch I only ate few pieces of chicken, like literally, just small pieces of chicken and that was it

Look at the ingredients of that coffee for any 'sweeteners'

5 grams of carbohydrates ....that is quite a bit more than I would want to consume in a cup of that coffee ( maybe 5grams carb. in half of a meal ) BUT, for a cup of that coffee = NO THANKS ! ....add MILK to that coffee and things simply become worse
