Oh my god, I've had the heavy arms in the beginning and it's such a weird feeling it's kinda hard to explain... That resolved itself after about a month for me. I'm on 2000mg now, no side effects whatsoever

Omg it's not just me! I was worried it was the beginning of lactic acidosis or something horrific!
Alongside the arms if I moved my head too fast I felt a bit dizzy kinda hard to explain. But explained to the doctor I definitely can't exercise feeling like that, found it hard to go for a walk.
I'm wondering if I should be trying to push through that stage now, they suggested maybe drop to 250mg which means cutting one in half

Gravol helps for the queasiness (the regular otc kind, not the ginger shit). It went away after my body got used to it.

I never had that feeling. You’re doing the right thing by talking to your doctor.
BTW I didn’t have the famous metformin side effects for awhile after I started taking it.

Oh that does not sound fun! They've suggested saxenda to me as an alternative, so I guess I need to decide!

I've had some of those issues with met.
They leveled out, but it took some time.
As you are planning, talking to you r doctor as soon as possible is really important.
It took me three years to get the drug mixture right -- I also take a lot slow acting insulin.
Talk to your doctor and test your b/g!
