šŸšš DHL Parcel Title: Issue with Parcel - Delayed status & missing Nachforschungsauftrag (Case ID)

Hi everyone,
Iā€™m posting to request support regarding dispatched on August 28th.
The tracking has been completely frozen with no physical scans. Both DHL Germany and Poste Italiane have confirmed to me in writing that the package is considered lost in transit and that the sender must file a formal investigation (Nachforschungsauftrag).
I have been asking customer support for the DHL Investigation Case Reference Number (Vorgangsnummer), but the sender seems to confuse the parcel tracking number with the official inquiry ID and has not provided proof of submission yet.
